I am a social media enthusiast and mental health advocate which is how you can probably guess how I ended up as a virtual assistant for therapists. My business ironically started at my lowest point with my own mental health. It all began with one Tik Tok about being a virtual assistant and I was hooked. I was working in teaching at the time and it was affecting my mental health poorly. My business has been my saving grace. Within a few weeks, I was able to turn a side hustle into a full-time job. Over the last 2 years, I have had the honour of working with over 30+ therapists across the globe to use their social media as a tool and have loved every minute of it.

My mission is to help therapists avoid burnout, grow their income and make a bigger impact.
Since starting my business I have been able to grow my virtual assistant business from a 1 person band to a team of 3! This means I can now serve more therapists across the world to grow their private practice, avoid burnout & make more of an impact without trading their time for money.
What’s also exciting is that I'm in the process of training to be a therapist too. I’m so excited to understand the profession even more & being able to feed that into this business. And in three years' time, I will (hopefully) be a qualified licensed therapist myself!
